About Us

Townshend Cellar started with a simple conviction: Spokane deserves a place where the bread is worth waking up for, the wine shelf surprises you, and the groceries actually taste like something real.

We're on the North Side, just off Regal Street — not because it's convenient for us, but because this neighborhood has been hungry for something better. We opened our doors to fill that gap.

Everything we carry is chosen with intention. If it wouldn't make it onto our own table, it doesn't make it onto our shelves.

We don't believe in compromise between quality and convenience. You shouldn't have to drive out of Spokane to find bread that was mixed yesterday and baked at dawn. You shouldn't need a special occasion to open a bottle you're proud of.

That's why every product on our shelves earned its place. Our bakers show up before sunrise. Our wine buyer travels to the regions she sources from. Our grocery team knows the farmers behind the produce by name.
